Shipping Information

All orders will be sent via Australia Post on Mondays and Fridays.

Please note: Signature on delivery is required.

Once we ship out your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to track your order on the Australia Post website or app. This information along with the tracking link can also be found in the order section under your account. 

We urge all customers to select the appropriate shipping option during the checkout process. You will need to pay shipping before we can send your goods out. 

We are able to hold your order if you wish to fill your box. Please select Hold My Order in the shipping option during the checkout process. Please make sure to pay shipping before we ship out your order.

Australian Customers

Due to recent changes implemented by Australia Post, your order may take up to 14 business days to arrive. We apologise ahead of time for this but it’s out of our direct control. 

We strongly suggest selecting Express Post at the checkout for faster delivery within Australia.

Delivery Times within Australia

• Standard Shipping – 3 to 10 business days
• Express Shipping – 1 to 5 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on location and delays outside of our control.

Set Shipping Costs within Australia

• Standard Shipping – $13.50
• Express Shipping – $16.50

There is a limit of 5kg for shipping. If your order weighs more or we require a larger box, we may contact you to pay extra shipping.

We also offer free local pick up or delivery by prior arrangement (we are based in Bacchus Marsh, Vic). Please message the page and select Local PickUp in the shipping option during the checkout process.

International Customers

All International orders are sent via Australia Post Economy Air Service.

We ship our products to the specific countries as per listed below and offer the following shipping rates and time frames. Tracking of International orders isn’t available however you will need to sign for your delivery upon arrival.

There is a limit of 1kg for shipping. If your order weighs more or we require a larger box, we may contact you to pay extra shipping.
